I've lived in San Leandro since 1947 and graduated from San Leandro in 1963, I started my career as a real estate salesman in 1968 selling vacant land in Calaveras County and then in Incline Village Nevada. In 1971, I received my Brokers License and began selling residential property in San Leandro and Southern Alameda County. In the past 47 years I've closed more than 1300 transaction. Approximately 25% of those were dual agency. I also have over 45 year's experience as a property manager and currently manage more than 140 units
