Foglight is owned and managed by Artur Tilis, an investigator with years of experience as police officer in the Bay Area. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Artur spent years as a detective, training instructor, and Terrorism Liaison Officer working with the FBI to keep our area safe.A former semi-pro athlete, Artur?s activities as a police officer included guarding individuals, crowd control, and providing security for major events and venues.
