In 1993, she opened the Law Offices of Michele M. Poteracke in Fairfield, CA and represented clients throughout Solano, Napa, Lake, and Sonoma counties, and beyond Sacramento, San Joaquin, and Contra Costa. Her focus again was litigation and bankruptcy, with the addition of family law. She opened an additional office in Santa Rosa, CA in 2008, returning to Sonoma County after years living in Sacramento and Fairfield, CA.
